• Email: info@thepawmanual.com
• Corrections: spotted an error in a guide? Email with the page URL and the issue. We'll check it, fix it if it's wrong, and note the correction on the page (how we handle it).
• Partnerships & press: the same address. We're two people, not a company with a separate press line.

Before you write: two things we can't do

1. We can't diagnose your pet or give medical advice. If your dog or cat is unwell, contact a licensed veterinarian, and if it's urgent, our warning signs guide helps you gauge how urgent. Suspected poisoning: ASPCA Animal Poison Control, (888) 426-4435.
2. We don't accept sponsored posts or paid placements in editorial content. Product samples are fine; coverage promises are not (see how we work).

Response time: we're a two-person team, not a support desk, so there's no fixed turnaround.
